Outreach; Management Calls: We launch outreach with the aim of moving interested parties quickly forward to next steps.

Deadlines & LOIs: Interested prospects submit in writing their non-binding intent with your company, usually a Letter or Indication of Intent (LOI / IOI).

Due Diligence: Once an LOI is accepted, the prospective buyer puts a team together for an in-depth analysis of your company.

Contract Negotiations: The prospective buyer will propose their offer for your company, to which we (usually with your accountant and legal team) respond, with the intention to close on a final agreement.
